Rémy Martin VSOP is a Fine Champagne Cognac, blended from eaux-de-vie of the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus only. It is aged for a minimum of four years in Limousin oak and made from Ugni Blanc grapes. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
The colour is golden amber. The nose carries vanilla, caramel and subtle floral notes. On the palate the texture is velvety, with ripe apricot, baked spices and a hint of flowers. The finish is smooth and lingers.
