This is a VSOP Cognac from Rémy Martin, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fruity, smooth and aromatic, with dried apricots, liquorice root, vanilla and creamy tones alongside sweet ripe pears. On the palate it is nicely balanced, with candied fruits including pears, hints of orange and creamy cocoa, and a summer fruit cocktail character that echoes the apricot from the nose.
