A cognac from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions, made by Rémy Martin. It is aged for an extended period that can reach up to 37 years.
The cognac has an intense amber colour with golden reflections. The nose is complex, with ripe plum and fig, nuts, cocoa, sweet spice, vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is velvety and balanced, with dried fruit, dark chocolate and a gentle spice that carries into a long, warm finish.
It is intended for slow sipping, perhaps after a meal or as a meditation drink.
