A pure cane rum from Grenada, made from fresh sugar cane juice and distilled in pot and column stills. The cane grows around Lake Antoine on seven terroirs in the north of the island. It is aged tropically in a combination of virgin American oak, first-fill American oak and premium French oak casks, and is uncoloured, unsweetened and unchillfiltered. It shows citrus fruit, floral notes, sweet vanilla and soft spice.
