Revel Stoke 'Hot Box' Cinnamon Flavoured Whiskey (75cl, 35%)

Revel Stoke 'Hot Box' is a cinnamon flavoured whiskey, bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is made by Phillips Distilling Company and takes its name from a well-known Canadian ski mountain. The base is Canadian whisky distilled in High River, Alberta, blended with cinnamon flavour. It was first introduced in 2000. The flavour is red-hots candy warmth over a smooth whisky base. It is usually served as a chilled shot, over ice, or mixed in a Stoke & Coke. Tasting notes describe a warm amber-red colour and a nose of cinnamon, red-hots candy, vanilla and caramel. The palate is sweet cinnamon heat with vanilla and oak underneath, and the finish is warming, spicy-sweet and clean.
