Rhine Hall Mango Eau de Vie (75cl, 40%)

Rhine Hall Mango Eau de Vie is a European-style fruit brandy distilled entirely from mango, with no flavourings, sweeteners or neutral spirit. It is bottled at 40% vol in a 75cl bottle. The mangoes are grown in Central Mexico. The fruit is removed from skin and pit, fermented, and distilled nearby in a stainless-steel alembic still of the kind used for mezcal. Rhine Hall is a Chicago fruit-brandy distillery, and this tropical line was made with Mexican partners. The nose is ripe mango, peach, apricot and pineapple. The palate brings mango skin, apple, melon rind and starfruit.
