Rhine Hall Mango Eau de Vie (75cl)

This is a mango eau de vie from Rhine Hall, in a 75cl bottle. Mango is not a traditional eau de vie fruit. The spirit is made from mangoes grown in Central Mexico and distilled nearby. The nose is strong, with ripe mango flesh. On the palate it is dry, bright and clean, leaving a long-lasting flavour of mango skin. It works with a wide range of flavour profiles.
