An agricole rum from Neisson, made exclusively from fresh sugar cane juice, a method that preserves the authentic aroma and freshness of the fruit. It is aged for 15 years in oak casks, giving enveloping complexity with deep notes of toasted wood, sweet spices and a subtle tobacco nuance, intertwined with mineral and citrus hints. The bouquet is rich and sophisticated, highlighting both softness and structure, with a long persistent finish leaving traces of vanilla and dried fruit. It is ideal neat as an after-dinner meditation and also suits refined cocktails requiring a firm but balanced character.
