Rhum Agricole Coeur De Chauffe - Saint James (70cl)

An agricole rum from Saint James, made in Martinique from fresh sugar cane juice. It has an authentic, vibrant character typical of the Caribbean terroir. Ageing brings balance between vegetal notes and the original sweetness of cane, with aromas of ripe fruit, light spices and a herbal touch. On the palate it is harmonious, soft and enveloping, with a persistent, delicately spicy finish. It suits sipping neat or refined cocktails, and pairs with Creole dishes, aged cheeses and dried-fruit desserts.
