A rhum agricole from Martinique, made from selected sugar cane and aged in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks. The nose brings cinnamon, vanilla and toasted wood, with dried fruit and a light balsamic note on the palate. The finish is long and elegant, with honey and oriental spices. Best served neat, after a meal, or with dark chocolate and spiced desserts.
