A Martinique rhum agricole made from fresh sugar cane juice. It is distilled in copper columns and refined in small oak barrels. The colour is intense gold, with aromas of ripe tropical fruit, fresh citrus, sweet spices, minerals and light smoke. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with an elegant structure and a balance between natural sweetness and freshness. Best served neat or with a cube of ice, and it pairs well with spiced dishes or chocolate desserts.
