A Martinique rhum agricole from Neisson, made exclusively from fresh sugar cane juice and briefly aged in wood.
The wood ageing supports the structure without covering the freshness and intensity typical of rhum agricole, allowing the vegetal and mineral nuances of the Caribbean terroir to show. On the nose there are herbaceous notes, freshly cut hay, white-fleshed fruit and a light spicy touch. On the palate it balances vibrant vegetal character with enveloping softness, with aromatic herbs and a light sweetness persisting in the finish.
It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for characterful cocktails.
