A Jamaican rum from Appleton Estate, blended from rums of different years. It has a light amber colour and an aroma of sweet spices, vanilla and a hint of almond.
The palate is enveloping, with nutmeg, cocoa and a delicate aftertaste of honey and molasses from long maturation in oak casks. The finish is persistent and warm, with a pleasant complexity. It can be enjoyed neat or as a base for high-end cocktails.
