A rum from Mauritius made directly from fresh sugar cane juice, distilled to preserve its natural character. It is clear in colour and shows intense fresh cane on the nose, with white flowers and fresh tropical fruit. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with fresh cane juice, lime and vanilla, and a long, fresh finish with vegetal aromas and a light spicy touch. Best enjoyed neat or as a base for exotic cocktails.
