An aged rum from Barcelo, from the Dominican Republic. It is made from selected sugar cane and aged in American oak barrels for up to six years. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and light spices such as cinnamon and clove. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with elegant sweetness and a toasted oak note. It can be enjoyed neat or used in sophisticated cocktails.
