A Jamaican rum made from high-quality molasses, fermented and distilled in traditional stills. Long ageing in American oak casks gives a full-bodied profile with intense vanilla, caramel and sweet spice. The nose shows dried fruit and toasted wood, while the palate has velvety sapidity and persistent depth, with a warm, enveloping finish. It can be enjoyed neat or in sophisticated cocktails.
