Rhum Blanc Agricole Canne Bleue Clement (70cl)

An agricole rum from Clément, made exclusively from fresh juice of the canne bleue sugar cane variety grown in Martinique. Distilled in column stills, it is clear in the glass, with fresh sugar cane, floral notes and a hint of citrus on the nose. The palate is soft yet lively, with exotic fruit, light spice and a subtle mineral finish, balancing natural sweetness and acidity. It can be drunk neat, slightly chilled, or used in sophisticated cocktails.
