Rhum Blanc Agricole Canne Bleue - Clement (70cl, 50%)

A white agricole rum from the Clement distillery in Martinique, distilled each year from the pure juice of a selected blue sugar cane variety. At 50% ABV, it is clear and bright. The nose shows fresh sugar cane, tropical fruit and white flowers. On the palate it is surprisingly soft, with fresh cane, vanilla and citrus in balance between sweetness and freshness, and a long, persistent finish. It can be sipped neat at room temperature or slightly chilled, or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
