Rhum Blanc Agricole "L'Initial" Brut de Colonne - Clement (70cl)

An unaged agricole rum from Martinique by Clement, made from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses. It is appreciated for its purity and expressive strength. On the nose it offers fresh sugar cane, citrus and subtle fresh herb notes. On the palate it is powerful but balanced, with surprising freshness, a prolonged tropical fruit finish and light minerality. It can be enjoyed neat, at room temperature or slightly chilled, and also works as a base for cocktails.
