A 12-year-old aged rum from Cimborazo, matured in oak barrels. It has a deep amber colour and an aromatic profile of intense vanilla, caramel and light exotic spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon.
On the palate it is soft and velvety, with moderate sweetness giving way to tobacco and leather, followed by dried fruit. The finish is long and persistent, returning to vanilla and spices.
