Rhum Dzama Vieux 6 Year Old (70cl)

A rum from Madagascar, aged for six years in oak barrels. It expresses a balance between the sweetness of cane and the spicy notes given by the wood. On the nose it shows a complex bouquet of vanilla, chocolate and a slight hint of pepper and clove. On the palate it is soft but structured, with a velvety sensation that coats the mouth. The aftertaste is long and persistently aromatic, recalling the warm tropical atmosphere of Madagascar. It is presented in a 70cl jute sack.
