A rum from Hampden Estate in Jamaica, made exclusively from locally grown sugar cane molasses and distilled in copper pot stills. It is aged in American oak casks.
It has an intense, deep character, opening with aromas of ripe tropical fruit, citrus and a touch of black pepper, with a vibrant, spicy persistence on the palate. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
