This rum comes from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados and is aged for 14 years in oak barrels. It has a rich aromatic profile with vanilla, honey, ripe tropical fruit and a subtle dark chocolate note.
On the palate it is balanced, with elegant sweetness alongside spicy and woody notes from ageing in barrique. The finish is long, warm and enveloping, leaving sweet and toasted spice. It can be enjoyed as a digestif or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
