An aged rum made using the Solera method and aged for 15 years. It is rich and complex, with an intensely aromatic bouquet of vanilla, dried fruit and a lightly spicy touch. On the palate it is soft and velvety, with a sweet entry that fades into a long persistence dominated by chocolate, caramel and a light smoky note. Best enjoyed neat after a meal, or as the base for sophisticated cocktails.
