Rhum J.M Canopee is a rhum agricole from Martinique, made from sugar cane juice and distilled in a Creole column still. It is a cuvee of six-year-old rums matured in oak casks and bottled at 46% vol in a 700 ml bottle. The tasting notes move from smoky wood to dates, dried figs, plums, cocoa beans and sweet spices.
