A rum produced in the Dominican Republic, named after the smuggling vessel Kirk and Sweeney. It is aged for 23 years in American oak casks and has a deep amber colour. The nose shows vanilla, caramel and dried fruit, while the palate brings toffee, nutmeg and a light touch of spice. The texture is soft and silky, with a long, persistent finish.
