An agricole-style rum distilled in small batches by pot still, using pure sugars and crystal-clear spring water, then matured in casks that previously held whisky. It has an intense golden colour.
The nose shows warm vanilla and spice, with hints of caramel and a lightly fruity undertone. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, balancing sweetness with a light savoury note, and finishes long and pleasantly spicy.
