A Dominican rum aged for seven years in oak barrels using the Solera method. It has an amber colour and a rich, enveloping bouquet of vanilla, caramel and a light note of dried fruit. On the palate it is velvety and balanced, with moderate sweetness, chocolate and delicate spices, leaving a long, pleasant finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
