Rhum Matusalem Insolito is a Caribbean rum presented in a 70cl bottle. It is made by the Solera method from a blend of selected rums. Ageing in casks previously used for whisky adds further complexity. The palate shows sweet and spicy notes of vanilla, caramel and dried fruit, with oak nuances giving an elegant, persistent structure. It can be enjoyed neat or used as the base for sophisticated cocktails.
