This is a 14-year-old Jamaican rum from Monymusk, aged in oak casks.
It has a complex aromatic profile with mature tropical fruit, sweet spices such as vanilla, a hint of leather and cedar wood. On the palate it is soft and silky, with honey, nutmeg and a subtle trace of dark chocolate, finishing long with molasses and a slight peppery note.
It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
