A rum from Barbados, produced in small quantities at the historic Mount Gay distillery. It is made by artisanal distillation using copper stills and triple distillation, and shows a bright amber colour. The nose offers vanilla, honey, cooked fruit and light notes of nutmeg and clove. The palate is velvety and rich, balancing sweetness with subtle spice, leather, tobacco and butter caramel. It can be enjoyed neat, on ice or in sophisticated cocktails.
