A dark rum from Jamaica, produced using traditional distillation methods and matured in oak casks previously used for bourbon. Deep amber in colour, with robust molasses and chocolate on the nose, plus vanilla and sweet spice such as cinnamon and clove. Full-bodied and enveloping on the palate, with balanced sweetness, toasted wood and a touch of pepper, leading to a long, warm finish. Enjoy neat or in cocktails needing an intense aromatic profile.
