Rhum Oldmoor Dark (70cl)

A dark agricole rum made from selected molasses, with fermentation and distillation intended to preserve rich, enveloping notes associated with Caribbean tradition. Ageing in oak casks gives an intense aromatic bouquet with sweet spices, burnt caramel, delicate vanilla, wood and tobacco. On the palate it is full and velvety, with a long, persistent finish balancing sweetness and spicy notes. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for refined cocktails, and pairs well with desserts made with bitter or spiced chocolate.
