Rhum Papillon V.Agricole XO is an agricole rum from the French Antilles, produced from sugar cane using artisanal methods. It is distilled in small batches through column stills. Maturation lasts more than six years in oak barrels previously used for bourbon, giving an amber colour and an intense aromatic structure. It is suited to sipping neat or with a cube of ice, and pairs well with dark chocolate or selected cigars.
