A rum from Belize, aged for seven years in American white oak casks. It has aromas of vanilla, caramel and a light trace of spice. On the palate it is soft and elegant, with balanced sweetness and a refreshing lift. Flavours of molasses and dried fruit emerge gradually, with a toasted wood undertone. The finish is long and persistent, with chocolate and coffee notes. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
