An aged agricole rum from Martinique, made from pure sugar cane. It is aged with care in a selected range of barrels, giving balance between complexity and softness.
On the nose there are ripe fruit notes of banana and mango, with vanilla and cocoa from wood ageing. The palate is velvety and warm, with balanced sweetness moving towards toasted wood and sweet spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and persistent, with delicate tobacco and leather.
Best served neat at room temperature or slightly chilled.
