An aged agricole rum from Clement in Martinique, aged in French oak barriques that previously held bourbon. It has a rich amber colour and an intensely aromatic bouquet, with vanilla and spicy notes. The palate brings caramel, nutmeg and a hint of smoke alongside mature fruit, and the finish is long and soft with vanilla sweetness and warm spice. It can be sipped neat or used to lift a cocktail.
