Ribolla Gialla IGP - Jermann

A Ribolla Gialla from Jermann, celebrating the native Friulian grape variety and the local terroir. It has a bright straw-yellow colour, with aromas of green apple, citrus, delicate white flowers and mineral nuances. On the palate it shows elegant acidity and structure, with fresh fruit flavours and light minerality leading to a long, pleasant finish. It is ideal as an aperitif and with seafood, grilled fresh fish and summer salads, as well as fresh, delicate cheeses. Jermann was founded at the end of the nineteenth century.
