Ribolla Gialla Raiade Conti Formentini

A white wine from Conti Formentini, made from Ribolla Gialla. It shows a bright straw colour, with white-fleshed fruit, light floral notes and a citrus hint on the nose. The palate is slender yet concrete, balancing acidity and sapidity with a pleasant, not excessive persistence. It is suited to young drinking and pairs with light seafood dishes, composed salads, vegetable antipasti and fresh cheeses. Serve at around 10-12 °C in a medium tulip glass.
