A white wine from Ca' Stele with a fresh, linear profile that favours precision over power. The nose shows white flowers, citron peel, green apple and a light herbaceous trace. The palate is lively, supported by good acidity and a savoury character, with a contained but defined body and a medium-length finish. It works as an aperitif and with delicate fish dishes, steamed crustaceans, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve fresh in a not too large glass.
