A Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut sparkling wine from Ricci Curbastro, made in the Franciacorta area of Lombardy.
It is made by the traditional method, with second fermentation in bottle, and spends a long period on the lees, which can exceed 30 months. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with very fine perlage.
On the nose it offers citrus, white flowers, toasted bread and light almond notes. On the palate it is lively, with crisp freshness and seductive minerality, a soft elegant texture and a persistent finish.
