Riesling Alto Adige DOC Vigna Isarco is a white wine from Kofererhof. In the glass it shows a pale yellow with greenish reflections, and on the nose it offers citrus, green apple and white peach, with discreet floral notes and a mineral note that gives precision.
On the palate it is fresh and supported by lively acidity, with fruity returns and a savoury, balanced finish of good persistence. It pairs easily with fish, shellfish, vegetable dishes and unaged cheeses.
It is best served cold, around 8-10 °C.
