A Riesling from Gaffer in the Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC. It has a refined, linear profile, with aromas of ripe citrus, green apple and light floral notes, alongside subtle minerality.
On the palate it is lively and slender, with clean flavours and good persistence, balanced between freshness and tension. It pairs with steamed or grilled fish, shellfish, citrus-based dishes, composed salads, mildly spiced flavours and fresh cheeses. Serve at around 8-10 °C.
