Riesling Pacher Hof

A white wine from Italy, built around measured aromatics rather than opulence. White stone fruit and delicate citrus sit over light floral notes, supported by fresh acidity. The colour is bright, pale straw, and the palate shows balance between savouriness and structure without excess. Green apple, citron and a hint of aromatic herbs emerge on the palate, with a pleasant, linear finish. It suits fish, shellfish, light vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses and seafood starters, and works as an informal aperitif. Serve cool but not too cold; a short rest in bottle can soften the edges, though it is meant to be enjoyed young.
