A red wine from Pasqua under the Cascina San Vincenzo name, from Valpolicella Classica in Veneto. Made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, it undergoes the traditional ripasso process, re-fermenting young wine on Amarone pomace for added structure and balance. Deep ruby in colour, it shows ripe cherry, plum and sweet spice aromas, with light toasted notes and jam. The palate is full, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. It suits roast meats and aged cheeses.
