Riserva Speciale Barolo e Barbaresco Mazzetti (40cl)

A grappa with an intense amber colour and a slightly viscous consistency. The nose offers cooked black fruit and cherry jam, with plum nuances and a faint hint of cocoa and sweet tobacco. The palate is rich but measured: sweetness balanced by vibrant acidity, a full structure without being intrusive, and a persistent finish with savoury, slightly balsamic traces recalling the woods that hosted it. A few drops enhance roasts, braises, red meat dishes, aged cheeses, cream ice cream or fresh fruit; add at the end of cooking or as a final touch.
