A grappa distilled from Nebbiolo pomace from the Barolo region.
It is aged for several years in selected oak barriques. The nose shows ripe fruit, cherry, plum, vanilla, chocolate and sweet spices. The palate is rich and velvety, with exceptional persistence, toasted notes and a hint of liquorice.
It is suited to meditation, chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
