Rittenhouse Bottled in Bond is a rye whisky bottled at 50%, which is 100 proof, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is rich and sweet, reminiscent of bourbon, with toffee, milk chocolate, tangerine and baking spices. The palate is buttery and round, with caramel, brown sugar and spicy grain, and it is smoother than its strength might suggest.
