Roberta Fugatti Pinot Grigio DOC

A Pinot Grigio DOC from Roberta Fugatti, made from grapes harvested by hand in some of the best vineyard areas of Trentino. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose has white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple, white flowers and a light touch of fresh almond. On the palate it is well balanced, combining pleasant acidity with soft roundness. The finish is clean and persistent, with a return of the fruity notes and a light mineral note. It pairs well with fish and shellfish, and also suits light vegetable and fresh cheese dishes or an aperitif.
