A red wine from Romagna made from Sangiovese. It is vinified traditionally and matured in oak barrels, giving elegant aromatic complexity with notes of ripe red fruit, delicate spice and a subtle vanilla finish. On the palate it is vigorous yet harmonious, with balanced tannins, a full savoury body and well-integrated acidity. Serve at 18-20°C with roasts, grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
